The essence of Tong Yuen (Glutinous Rice Ball) is not just about what fillings inside, but
also the glutinous rice dough. The best dough should be smooth, soft, and pleasantly chewy, yet never stick to your teeth. Siu Ning Bo Tong Yuen uses authentic water-milled glutinous rice flour and carefully balanced water proportions to achieve a silky, soft, and non-sticky texture, a signature quality the brand takes pride in.

Every step of the production process is carried out with meticulous care and commitment, from selecting raw ingredients and stir-frying to grinding and mixing. 小寧波的皇牌麻蓉湯圓,每天精選炒香芝麻再仔細磨成碎,加入上乘優質日本糖製成蓉,用心堅持每個工序,才得出香濃、幼滑細緻的麻蓉餡料。

The signature Sesame Paste Tong Yuen from Siu Ning Bo is crafted with meticulous care. Each day, premium sesame seeds are carefully roasted and ground into fine fragments, then blended with high-quality Japanese sugar to form a smooth paste. Through dedicated adherence to every step of the process, a rich, delicate, and exceptionally smooth sesame filling is achieved.

小寧波湯圓有三種不同的大小選擇,分別10 克、15 克、20 克; 帶來三種不同的口感,滿足不同消費者的需求及喜好。

採用植物油,適合素食者使用
Vegetarian - friendly

有別於一般湯圓製作使用的豬油,小寧波湯圓採用更健康的植物油,適合素食者食用外,亦為消費者提供一個更有益健康的美食。
Unlike traditional Tong Yuen made with lard, we use healthy vegetable oil, making it suitable for vegetarians while offering a more wholesome choice for all consumers.

FSSC 22000 食物安全管理系統(Food Safety System Certification 22000,FSSC 22000),是以現有 ISO 標準為基礎而制定,提供食品安全及品質責任有效管理的架構,並被全球食品安全倡議(Global Food Safety Initiative,GFSI) 充分認可;企業取得 FSSC 22000 認證,代表公司擁有健全有效的食品安全管理系統(food safety management system, FSMS)),並能滿足監管機構、食品企業客戶和消費者的要求。

The FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification provides a framework for effectively
managing organization's food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the
Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing ISO Standards. It demonstrates the company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of the customers and consumers.

FSSC 22000 (version 4.1) = [ISO 22000: 2005 Food Safety Management System] + [ISO/TS 22002-1:2009]

*ISO 22000 : A system that allow organization to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe.

*ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 : Specifies requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining prerequisite programmes (PRP) to assist in controlling food safety hazards.

急凍殺菌設備
Frozen Sterilisation

小寧波湯圓於廠內設置急凍櫃,產品製成後會被立即放置急凍櫃,把湯圓產品在短時間內降至零下27 度的溫度狀態,殺菌同時加長食品保質期。 確保食物品質安全,可供食用。

At Siu Ning Bo, our Tong Yuen are immediately transferred to in-house blast freezers after production, where they are rapidly frozen to -27°C. This rapid-freezing process not only extends shelf life but also inhibits bacterial growth, ensuring both the safety and quality of every product.
